Each individual may hold only one registered viphp account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in cancellation of all balances and permanent suspension without notice.
All promotional bonuses, free spins, and cashback credits awarded by viphp are subject to wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn before meeting these requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your viphp login credentials. viphp is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account information.
Fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software, collusion, money laundering, and exploiting software errors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of viphp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines and the oversight of PAGCOR.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and viphp ("viphp," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the viphp website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account on viphp, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms, together with the viphp Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any viphp service. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of viphp is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. By creating an account, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
viphp is intended exclusively for players who are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play. viphp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active viphp account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. viphp reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual and permanently retain any Funds therein if this policy is violated.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and promptly update your account details if any information changes. viphp is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including delayed or failed withdrawals caused by mismatched payment details.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your viphp login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify viphp immediately via live chat support.
viphp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). viphp reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed on the viphp deposit page at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. viphp targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, technical maintenance, or when identity verification is pending.
By depositing on viphp, you warrant that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. viphp has anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the viphp account holder. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted. viphp reserves the right to require satisfactory identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by viphp are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each promotion. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
Bonus Credits must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — live casino games, slots, crash games, and table games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Details are specified per promotion.
viphp reserves the right to withhold bonus credits and void winnings generated from those credits if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times; placing low-risk or offsetting bets to exploit wagering requirements; or any pattern of play determined by viphp to constitute bad-faith use of promotional funds.
Bonus Credits that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically forfeited. viphp is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
Each game available on the viphp Platform is governed by its own set of rules, displayed within the game interface or in the viphp game information section. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) games operate using certified random number generation technology. Live dealer games are conducted in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant selected. viphp does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viphp Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
viphp reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or has evidence of: a violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; unverified identity after a reasonable verification period; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
You may request closure of your viphp account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
Players who wish to restrict their own access to the Platform for responsible gaming purposes may request self-exclusion via the account settings page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, viphp will take reasonable steps to prevent account access and will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
All content on the viphp Platform — including but not limited to the viphp brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of viphp or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from viphp.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, viphp and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
viphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your viphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
viphp does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or technical fault. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. viphp will endeavor to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance.
viphp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on viphp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
viphp may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government bodies in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and court orders.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.2 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute between you and viphp shall first be referred to viphp's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint resolution process. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, viphp is subject to PAGCOR's mediation and enforcement powers.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
